Uttarakhand Board UBSE 10th, 12th Result 2021 Updates: The Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education (UBSE) announced the class 10 and 12 board exam results on July 31. The result was announced via press conference. Students of both the classes can check their results at uaresults.nic.in or ubse.uk.gov.in.
This year, 99.09 per cent has been scored by class 10 or high school students while class 12 or intermediate students have achieved 99.56 per cent. In 2020, the class 12 pass percentage was 80.26 per cent while the class 10 pass percentage was 76.91 per cent.

The classes 10 and 12 examinations were not conducted due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the results of the students will be formed on the basis of an alternative means of assessment. This evaluation criterion follows the criteria which have been devised by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

Last year, the Board secured the highest ever pass percentage for class 10 and class 12 examinations, despite the pandemic. Of the 1.47 lakh students who appeared for class 10 examinations last year, 76.91% passed. Female students outperformed male students in the examination, and such a trend has been a consistent one.
A total of 1.19 lakh students appeared for Class 12 examinations of which 80.26% passed in the board exams last year. Another trend that has been observed across the years, is female students outperforming male students. Indeed, the 2020 Class 12 examinations witnessed a similar result with 83.63% girls passing while only 76.68% boys passed.
In the UBSE class 10, 12 results declared today, no toppers and merit list was announced for this session. The results were declared on the basis of special assessment criteria as exams were not conducted this year. Therefore, the merit list was not constituted for both classes.
The UBSE Class 12 results have been announced. Now the students can apply for various college and university application process. Since the original class 12 marksheet will be declared in due course of time, the students should keep the provisional marksheet (scorecard on the website) handy for college admission process.
The UBSE Class 10, 12 results were declared at 11:30 am today via press conference. However, the result link have not been activated on the websites yet. Around 1.40 lakh class 10 students and 1.32 lakh class 12 students are waiting to check their board results. The board exams for both the classes were cancelled this year.
In 2020, class 10 pass percentage was 76.91 per cent. This year, UBSE has recorded a pass percentage of 99.09 which is a significant increase from last year.
While the UBSE official website is not functional at the moment, the result website displays the message of result declaration time. The board is expected to activate the result link any time soon.

To check their results, students may visit uaresults.nic.in or ubse.uk.gov.in. On the homepage of either website, students must click on the UBSE Result 2021 link. They will then be directed to a new page. Here, students must enter their details such as roll number, etc. The result will then be displayed on the screen. Students may download and save the results for future reference.
The education minister confirmed that the students unhappy with their marks will be provided the opportunity to reappear for physical exams. As per reports, the exams will be conducted within a month. The dates will be announced soon by UBSE.
The UBSE board class 10 pass percentage this year is at 99.09%. In the class 10 results, boys performed better with a pass percent of 99.30 while girls recorded a pass percentage of 98.86%.
UBSE Class 12 result has been declared today and the board has recorded a pass percentage of 99.56%. Girls have once again outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 99.71. Boys recorded a pass percentage of 99.04%

As the results of both classes will be declared at the same time, the website is likely to load slow due to heavy online traffic. In such a case, students can get their results through SMS. Class 10 students need to type UK10<space>ROLL NUMBER and send it to 56263. For class 12 results, type UK12<space>ROLLNUMBER and send it to 56263.
The evaluation strategy will have a total of three parts – Class 10 component (30%) based on best 3 performing subjects in Board exams, Class 11 component (30%) will be based on the final exam and Class 12 component (40%) based on unit test/mid-term/Pre-board.
The mode of assessment followed by UBSE follows that which has been formulated by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and is being used to evaluate students of class 10 and 12

Previously, the Class 10 examinations were set to be conducted from May 4 till May 22. The practical assessments were to commence on April 3 and continue till April 25. However, the Board announced in April that examinations for Class 10 would be cancelled, due to the spike in Covid-19 cases. And later announced the cancellation of class 12 board exams as well
